We offer a range of cost options that will be suitable for your business which include:

Option 1

A fixed annual fee for the provision of the Advisory and Documentation Service (the Core Package) based on the sum of £95 (plus VAT) per employee (subject to a minimum sum of £1,500 plus VAT) with discounted rates for other services eg. training (Additional Package items).

Option 2

Purchase of bulk hours in advance with a percentage reduction on the applicable hourly rate depending on how many hours are purchased. Our hourly rates range from £200 to £225 plus VAT depending on the level of qualification and/or experience of the lawyer undertaking the work. If 10 hours are purchased in advance a 10% reduction applies to the hourly rate and if 20 hours are purchased in advance a 20% reduction applies to the hourly rate.

Option 3

Pay as you go so you are charged for the time spent on your matter at the applicable hourly rate or half-day or day rate. Our hourly rates range from £200 to £225 plus VAT depending on the level of qualification and/or experience of the lawyer undertaking the work.

Whatever payment option is preferred, we will aim to work on a fixed fee basis or fixed daily half/daily rate in respect of particular pieces of work or projects.

Any disbursements or out of pocket expenses (other than travel expenses to and from your premises) would be charged in addition.

All fees and disbursements attract VAT. We are VAT registered with VAT number 326 0340 41.
