Keeley is a qualified Solicitor and has over 18 years experience advising on HR and Employment Law issues.
Keeley qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and became a Partner of a large regional East Midlands Law Firm in 2007, the firm being ranked as a Regional Heavyweight and recommended in the field of employment law by the independently researched Legal 500.
During her time in private practice, Keeley amassed a wealth of experience of working with businesses operating in a wide range of sectors in addition to schools, education bodies, charities, care providers and hotels/resorts.
Keeley Baigent recognised that many organisations were receiving sub-standard HR/employment law advice and service from non law firm providers or, alternatively, were being charged high hourly rates from private law firms. Accordingly, she decided to set up her own business providing an HR and Employment Law service delivering the equivalent high quality, service driven advice to be expected from a private law firm, but at a fraction of the price.
Keeley Baigent works with a network of consultants whom she has worked with for a number of years and who are very experienced previously holding high level legal positions and who are fully legally qualified.
