We offer continued support via telephone, email and meeting (face to face, skype and/or facetime). We are available outside normal business hours as we appreciate that if you are still employed it may be difficult to communicate during the working day.
Continued support may be offered:
- Beyond initial contact or initial advice;
- During and throughout any internal process you may be being taken through by your employer (eg. disciplinary, performance or capability proceedings); and/or
- During and throughout any grievance process; and/or
- During any ‘protected conversations’ or ‘without prejudice’ discussions that may or may not involve you being presented with a settlement agreement.
