We offer continued support via telephone, email and meeting (face to face, Zoom or Teams). We are available outside normal business hours as we appreciate that if you are still employed it may be difficult to communicate during the working day.
Continued support may be offered:
- Beyond initial contact or initial advice;
- During and throughout any internal process you may be being taken through by your employer (eg. disciplinary, performance or capability proceedings); and/or
- During and throughout any grievance process; and/or
- During any ‘protected conversations’ or ‘without prejudice’ discussions that may or may not involve you being presented with a settlement agreement.
